Our concept
At the origin of Yansai is Thomas Li, a passionate fan of Asian street food. After several trips to Asia, he decided to take over his family’s former catering business and turn it into his own pocket-sized canteen. The atmosphere at Yansai is warm and welcoming, perfectly in line with the spirit of sharing and conviviality that reigns in the restaurant.
Yansai’s menu is an invitation to travel across Asia, offering a selection of the most popular Asian specialties. But the house specialty is the famous guabao — a Taiwanese burger made with steamed bread and a filling of pork, chicken, fish, or vegetables. This Taiwanese street food favorite is so popular it’s even nicknamed “tiger bites pig” due to the bun’s mouth-like shape.
With dishes like Japanese karaage, Vietnamese bobun, and Korean BAP, Yansai’s menu is a true culinary journey, letting you discover unforgettable flavors.
